Well, I'm going to give it to you straight. The leasing office was very helpful and accommodating. She helped make sure the move was smooth during move-in and the transition. The only issue was the maintenance that was not completed before moving in, but guess what? Once I spoke to the Supervisor, he got everything corrected. So I say all this to say, the team at Cedar Manor are helpful, efficient and good people to work with. The community is full of comfort and very family-friendly.

The move-in process to Cedar Manor was less stressful because Hardai Mahabir was there to help address really any questions/concerns we had. I am thankful for her patience and understanding as we made this transition. She is calm, very sweet, and highly organized . Our interaction during the move in was excellent.

Cedar Manor is a lovely community. We lived there for nearly 2 years and had a wonderful experience. First, the leasing agent, Aura was extremely informative, professional, and personable. She made the leasing process easy and answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely fashion.

The apartment we received was spotless! There were zero surprises and zero issues. The few times that we called maintenance, they were extremely responsive, and professional. Daniel, in particular, was always diligent and friendly.

Cedar Manor really felt like home. Wonderful, friendly neighbors, children playing, people taking their morning walks and saying, “good morning”. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to live.

Importantly, there were zero parking issues. There was tons of parking and ample, conveniently located guest parking. Although parking was not assigned, we parked in the same spot right in front of our apartment door about 95% of the time. The property is a few minutes walk from TWO plazas with several restaurants, an ice cream shop, Starbucks, nail salon, an urgent care, a gym, and THE best pizza (Somerset Pizza) to name a few. It is also less than 5 min from the supermarket, pharmacy and a major highway.

Cedar Manor also has a clean grill that you can use as well as a beautifully maintained covered awning with several picnic tables. It’s a very welcoming environment by the club house. And, if Aura sees you, she will welcome you will a smile.

There were no issues living there ever - it was a really lovely place to live. The only reason we moved is because we needed a specific type of apartment at the time and none happened to be available. That said, Aura went above and beyond to try to accommodate us. We would have loved to stay at Cedar Manor.

The property manager Marc was also extremely professional and personable.

My only complaint is that Premier properties use this awful flat paint in every apartment, which is impossible to keep clean no matter how diligent you are. That said, if you are looking for a drama-free living experience, rent with Aura at Cedar Manor.

Have absolutely loved my experience living at Cedar Manor so far. I am so lucky to have found this wonderful community with polite neighbors and wonderful facilities teams. The maintenance crew is fantastic, especially Danny. The brightest light of Cedar Manor is Aura in the leasing office. She made the process of applying so simple, and she was and is always rooting for us! She truly cares so much, and is always there for anything we have needed. Love living here!!

I received my keys and went to my townhome and found 5 different things that needed to be fixed. One of them was that one of the drawers in the kitchen could not open because the oven handle was blocking it. I guess that’s less storage space for me. Maintenance went in to make the repairs but failed to address 2 of them; one being the kitchen drawer and the other being the fan in the Master Bedroom. I’ve called three times to see what, if anything, would be done and after a week, I’ve still not heard from maintenance. It’s very possible that I might have to seek other solutions.

About 2 weeks later: Your maintenance people came in and completed the task expediently. They saw an additional problem and took care of it immediately.

Before Hardai stepped in, we faced numerous roadblocks and frustrations with the previous leasing agent, which made the process extremely difficult. However, once Hardai took over, everything changed. She went above and beyond to assist us with our transfer, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Thanks to her efforts, we are now happily settled in our new home!
