Would give a 0 if I could. Wouldn’t even try to rent from them. They gave my family a run around for a month to view the home and when I got cancelled on, ignored and told the house had a pending application on it and tried to comment on TWO new listings for the house (Dec 31 and today, Jan 2) they were immediately taken down. So I reached out to the office and they said it was rented and I asked if they were discriminating and here comes mister ignore you all day long, texting me the house was available if I wanted to view it. There is so more to it, the agent was Tyler Carter but whoever was replying to my messages on their fb page was kind of snarky (but so was I in all fairness)

Cedar Hill Properties is by far the best real-estate company in Kentucky. They really treat you like family. I have bought two homes and sold one home using them and it’s been an amazing experience every time, always knowledgeable and fast with their responses. WOW ! This company is so unprofessional and childish . I would recommend you to find a different agent rather you’re selling or buying. I was interested in buying a property back Jan 2023 . The agent never responded back to my realtor or my request to fix things on the inspection. All the way to the closing table , the repairs were never completed to my satisfaction. It was a difficult decision but I walked away from closing . That particular property sold a week later. The realtor company lost nothing but I was out funds for inspections etc . This month I go to look at another property this company listed. They don’t answer calls from my realtor , they had us waiting 20 minutes for a door code , after the showing was confirmed the night before . Then today I made an offer on a property that this company listed . The agent for Cedar Hill is also the owner of the property I made an offer on. My realtor just informed me that the agent / seller refuses to sale me anything bc I walked away from the property in January. I was well within my buyers rights to walk from that closing. Buying a housing is stressful and a huge investment. You Jennifer Rhodes failed to do your job correctly and professionally. And now you’re refusing potential ‘business’ deals ! Don’t waste your time buying / selling with this company !!!
