If I can give zero stars I will. This was my first apartment I moved into December of 2022 and it’s a horrible place to live. I should’ve known when I was talking to the girl in the front desk that I shouldn’t move into this complex. False advertisement for a pool and tennis court that has been closed for the whole two years I lived here. Your packages will go missing and the front office doesn’t do anything about it, they’re barely ever open and if they are open they aren’t answering the phone. There is no permit parking for residents. My refrigerator and air conditioner was leaking water nothing was ever done about that, it eventually caused mold. The rent is outrageous for such a small and outdated apartment. Even the renovated apartments are outdated, and it doesn’t include utilities, you are paying water heat gas plus your electric and they have a $11.25 “asset protection fee” and a $5.00 “billing charge” There are no windows in the living room besides the sliding door. Everything is so cheap. These apartments are simply not worth the headache.

These people are the wicked. The phone number has the mark of the beast, do not move here. The staff are very rude and have no patience when speaking to people about serious matters, do not move here. They make you feel like you are below them, do not move here. They neglect the tenants that struggle and do not work with them, do not move here. I have been diagnosed with allergic rhinitis after being exposed to the rotting wood, mold and mildew, do not move here. I have made numerous reports about my "nightmare neighbor" (nothing was done) do not move here. Ephesians 5:11, "Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!This is absolutely the worst place to live from the front desk representative to the false advertisement of the pool and everything on the website is nonexistent. They have you paying water and sewer and heat and hot water not only that the office staff is very, not friendly malicious I have made numerous complaints about this leasing office and about this company anybody looking to move in this place don’t do it is not beneficial to you and it doesn’t do any good to complain to higher up because nothing ever gets done Especially with the girl at the front desk she’s horrible and so are the living conditions here. They let people in your apartment without notice and lie about why they went in. Repairs aren’t being done properly. A lot of these reviews aren’t real. Everyone that’s in my row has complaints about this complex and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A STRAY CAT!!!!!

All these newer names confuse me. I had to look at the picture to refresh my memory. My girl lives there and they aren't bad apartments. I loved the layout of her apartment. My sister lived here back when it was chateau ridge. Hers was way bigger and nicer though.

Renting at Cedar Brook Apartments was one of the worst decisions I ever made. They are slum lords. Please save yourself time and the headache of floods, bugs and mold. They are the most courteous people when trying to sell you an apartment but trust and believe me if you rent here you will regret it.

No pool, the front office is always locked now the property manager Bell , is always late or never available, we have two maintenance men because everyone else quit on Bell , it took them a month to fix stuff up. Just don’t move here go rent from the green apt…,

This place is beautiful. The staff is very professional and pleasant. I was conducting search to find a nice apartment for a reasonable price was surprised to come across Cedar Brook apartments. The property manager Mr. King was extremely helpful. Mr. King’s knowledge of the area and warm friendly personality made my tour of the grounds super enjoyable. Mr. King took the time to explain all the options that were available and offered to answer any questions I had outstanding customer service Mr. King. Hoping the company will grant me the approval. Thank you for all your help. Isaac king.But I do recommend this place.

I felt the need to write a review. I’m searching to find a nice apartment for a reasonable price. I was surprised to come across Cedar Brook apartments. Issac King was extremely helpful in showing me grounds and available units. Mr. King’s knowledge of the area and warm friendly personality made my visit enjoyable. Mr. King took the time to explain all the options that were available and offered to answer any questions in such a customer friendly manner. Outstanding customer service Mr. King!
