I hired Chet, as I live about two hours away from my home. Recently there was an issue with my hot water heater. I called in the morning and by end of day Chet had a plumber go to the house and the issue was resolved. This weekend I didn’t realize the weather for the island was calling for high winds and rain. Chet reached out immediately to ask if I wanted him to do any pre-storm prep. He took care of all of the outside furniture and checked the inside of my home. Chet is reliable, and truly cares about his clients. He is reasonably price and more importantly, as my property manager, he allows me piece of mind. I highly recommend him!!

Causeway home watch is the most reliable and detailed home watch company in the LBI area. Every year, prior to hiring CHW, we had some sort of issues with our home during the off season.... be it frozen pipes or wind damage. Even when we winterized the home we would find some expensive damage after the long harsh winters on island. Not anymore! Now that we have CHW protecting our investment in the off season, we've been able to avoid 100% the expensive repairs we had experienced annually. The cost of peace of mind is much more affordable than expensive repairs year after year. Chet watched my home and, like clockwork arrived on a timely basis every week. He pointed out many items that needed repair and advises when done. He kept me updated with timely and detailed photos and any and all issues - even going back a second time if something extra needed to be done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Causeway home watch .
