DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My friends and I were looking for a winter rental and we were shown a number of places and the last place we were shown was on Meadow Ln, West Long Branch, NJ by Michael Ades ( We were told it was a friends house, not knowing there is no Certification of occupancy). We loved the place and after the rental was over we were waiting for our security deposit and were told we were denied. The owner of the house, Kadi is claiming we did thousands of dollars of damage to the house meanwhile we left it perfect conditions. Many of my friends and I have plenty of history of renting and NEVER had a problem with our landlords and getting our security deposit back. After contacting him and being told false accusations we went to file suit, leading us to find out there was NEVER a C.O. on the house. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT!!! If I could I would be giving zero stars.

Scam artists. Do not rent anything from this man or his wife they are scam artists and they will set you up with a landlord who will claim false information to not give you back. Your security deposit would not recommend to anyone friend or foe stay far far far far away. just to reiterate, they will set you up on a rental property that does not have a certificate of occupancy absolutely ridiculous and should not be trusted. I would not touch with a 10 foot or rather 100 foot pole.

Don’t ever use this realty group! They only are there to take your money and then some. They work for their friends and families and try to scam you of your money with false claims of “damages” done to the property. I will never use them ever again and I hope this will be enough of a warning to others when looking for a home through this company. They will also harass you with crazy last minute dates to have others view the property while you’re living there.

Cathy suggested a listing price that was higher than I expected, but she clearly knew what she was doing. In less than a week we had an offer very close to the listing price and we were quickly under contract. Cathy always made herself available whenever I needed to talk to her. She took care of all the details, such as bringing workmen in to bring the house up to the current CO standards and recommending a quality real estate lawyer. She made it all seem easy and I highly recommend her.
