Castle City Mobile Home Community is a well-maintained senior neighborhood that offers a quiet and pleasant living experience. With great walking paths and nature, residents can enjoy the outdoors. The park boasts terrific management and maintenance staff who keep the beautiful grounds in excellent condition. Although some homes may need attention, the presence of a clubhouse, laundromat, and pool provides nice amenities for residents. Additionally, upgrades to 100 amps are possible as newer homes are brought into the park. However, the lack of fiber internet results in slower speeds, currently at 10-20 mbps. Despite this, Castle City Mobile Home Community remains one of the nicer senior parks in the region.

Terrific management and maintenance staff on beautiful grounds. Older park with some homes in need of attention but having a clubhouse, laundromat and pool are nice amenities. Some older portions of the Park have only 50 amps service but upgrades to 100 amps are possible as newer homes are brought in. No fiber yet so internet speed is sadly slow (10-20 mbps). Still, one of the nicer senior parks in the region!

Used to visit here every summer from the late 60s to the early 80s. My great aunt lived in space 16. Would swim in the beautiful pool, hike up the water tower on the hill, and walk around the lakes. Neither of the Lakes had homes around them when we started coming there . Those were added later

I have a friend who lives here. It's very quiet, clean. All the mobile homes here are well kept and the yards are nice. There is a clubhouse, a pool, and various activities provided through the months.

Very friendly and clean mobile home park. It is a adult only park which makes it very quiet. You do hear the cars from the freeway as they go by, but that just tells you that access to I80 is close and easy.

Pride of ownership manifest itself throughout this resort like park. A healthy community spirit welcomes residents to feel at HOME. A nicely appointed clubhouse is the hub offering a wide variety of activities, bingo, snooker, cards, puzzles and games, there is a wonderful swimming pool as well. A definite diamond in the rough, come check it out...

Top notch spot. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to highway and Denny's. Nice neighbors and county area. Scenic. Super place to pass your elder years.
