Jeff Perrin was amazing in helping us to sell our Mesa Verde home. His familiarity with the neighborhood and comparative housing values were very helpful. He had great ideas for staging and improving the house. He was positive and encouraging from the start!! His personal touch even extended to helping us with some of that work.

He was also our realtor in the purchase of property in Long Beach. Again, he was extremely familiar with neighborhoods. He loves looking at houses and gets excited on behalf of his clients. He guided us through several offers, including one that fell through, with tact and clarity. He worked with our lender to make magic happen. He kept us posted every step of the way.

Jeff is an exceptional realtor. He's detail oriented and does his homework. He researched the history of the College Park area and worked hard to get our house ready for sale. Jeff made our home beautiful again and marketed it as if it were a new model home in 1956. He displayed pictures of the original 50s College Park sales material and impressed all who came through with his knowledge of the builders and features of the College Park tract homes. Jeff went far beyond what most realtors offer. This was a complicated estate sale with 3 different signors in 3 different states, and Jeff handled it efficiently and professionally.
I can highly recommend Jeff Perrin to work hard to get your home ready to sell and get the best price for it.
