I enjoyed living here it's quite the manger Theresa is very friendly and the maintenance guy is chill , the only down side is they are 1bd/studios but other then that it's chill here , the post man is chill as well

This apartments keep disappointing me everytime.

Please save your time and money
This apparments DONT do their regular maintenance. Airs aren't working properly.
Their's always leaks or items don't work and OFFICE staff don't follow with work orders.
We have a "Security" that will always find a Daily complaint and you will get texts after texts to your personal phone without previous authorization. The big trash cans smells like dead animals. Grass is dry.
But yet The parking is a Mayor problem for them instead of the actual maintenance.
Not to mention the amount of unoccupied apartments due to evictions.

today around 1:00am we heard a noise, it seems like the neighbors couldn't open the door until the noise got everytime louder and louder, to my surprise someone (unknown) was actually banging on our door trying to get in. once we open the door still thinking was the neighbors, we realized it was on our side. we scared the guy but when we called Security they Notified us that they no longer service Casa del Sol apartments. by that time we call sheriff but was bit late. .

and apartment rents still goes up. SMh

This place is a nightmare!!! There is so much criminal activity going on & when u bring it to the managers attention they say Oh, we don't deal with that you need to contact the authority's, my guess is,my guess!! not hard to figure out right!not only was I burglarized over & over management did nothing to protect me or my home, I mean they could have put up some kind of cameras they have them in other areas, but nope told me I should buy 1 or 2. So I did & no sooner than a day or 2 these thieves broke in my apartment & took all the information from my cameras and claimed them as Thiers, yup!!! Now u think by now management would have to do something to relieve my mind cuz by now I'm in fear, No safety no security, it really affects a person being attacked by someone close enough to know when I come & go. I would never recommend this place to anyone especially if ur single & disabled cuz the chance that u will be there next target is real.

I stopped by for a tour and I must say the property looks great and it was so quiet! The apartment was very nice. Theresa was so nice and professional. I hope I get to move in. Definitely would recommend.

Recently looked at an apartment here. The apartment and property itself seemed nice enough. The problem? It is located right in the middle of the ghetto. I later came to find out, right in the middle of the WORSE part of Bakersfield, if any one part of Bako is worse than the other. The website says the property is "nestled" at the end of a cul-de-sac. What the pictures don't show, however, is that "cul-de-sac" is really just a dead-end, behind a trailer park and all the dumpsters and receiving docks of the shabby shopping center across the street. During the day, the place might seem quiet and peaceful. Come 6:00 pm, all the riff-raff comes filing in.There is a reason the management only does 6-month leases here. Beware.
