I had the opportunity to work with Carter Brown this past year in selling a very specific historic property with acreage. It was the most fantastic experience in real estate I have ever had - Carter is absolutely - hands-down - an excellent, professional, capable, and dynamite real estate broker. He managed family dynamics, legal hurdles, and preparation for sale with great aplomb, and never broke a sweat.
