What can I say about Joe and Monique? They are absolutely incredible. I feel so lucky to have worked with them. They took me, a first time, out of state, and very nervous homebuyer, and made the experience feel exciting instead of overwhelming. They were incredibly kind and so knowledgeable.

Monique is the face of this operation, and she not only would pick me up from the airport when I came to tour houses, but was always exuberant and excited to show me new neighborhoods on our packed house tour weekends.

She is so smart, always ready to explain problems, and one time fully went UNDER a house to check the foundation. Her knowledge of neighborhoods, structural integrity and real estate trends is hugely impressive and she’s also just really fun to hang out with.

When I wasn’t able to see a house, she did house tours via facetime or took videos. Monique was upfront about the struggles I might come up against with certain houses, and when I found the house of my dreams she worked so hard to make it a reality.

Joe is more behind the scenes, organizing everything and managing all the paperwork. As we were closing he and Monique kept me, someone who is terribly forgetful, on track to close in time. Joe coordinated the myriad of inspections, calls and kept things in order.

I’m so happy with the house I found, in a neighborhood I love, very outside of where we had originally been looking, and it’s a home that I am overjoyed to be in. Joe and Monique basically made the next few decades of my life beautiful and I’m so happy to have worked with them.
