Please let me start out by echoing all the other positive sentiments mentioned in these reviews about Carol Sebastiani and her team. Beyond her depth of knowledge, keen sense of value and unmatched reputation there’s a wealth of service contractors she knows and has worked with for years that, like her, know how to get things done. Even a year after closing on my multi-acre property in Sonoma County, I still contact her whenever I encounter something I don’t understand about “country living”. Who knew -bats- were seasonal, don’t like peppermint/cinnamon spray and prefer their own bat boxes rather than your roof overhang. The Sebastiani Team, that’s who, because I had no idea…Carol and her team are reliable, resourceful and a pleasure to work with. I unreservedly recommend them.

Carol Sebastiani and her team sold our recently rebuilt house in Glen Ellen, California. We had intended to occupy the house but due to changes in our personal situation we instead elected to sell the house as it neared completion. After interviewing multiple realtors and speaking with referrals we chose Carol to list the house. She presented a solid argument for a listing price that exceeded that of most of the other realtors but this required targeted property investments to "show off" the property. Within days of our our listing with her, she met with the general contractors, and landscaper contractors (that she identified) to develop an very aggressive timeline to get the property ready for listing. Her team coordinated work with all the contractors, relieving us of much of the detailed work involved in completing the project. Her team made the final finish of the house a seamless process for us, the seller but kept us informed of all the details as the work was completed on time, and exactly at the expected budget. If we had tried to do this work independently we would definitely would have done less targeted improvements, had difficulty identifying contractors to do the work and would have spent more money. Carol's team truly earned their commission during this process.

After listing, we were kept informed after every showing. The local real estate market substantially slowed due to uncertainties in the economy but Carol reassured us that we should wait for the right buyer, and the right price. We sold over the listing price. Having bought and sold multiple properties over the years, we have never worked with such a professional team. Moreover, Carol and her team are all really fine people who are honest, hard-working and kind. We would definitely give Carol Sebastiani Properties the highest recommendation possible. You can't go wrong listing with them..
