Carmen Hurter is a rockstar! Three years ago she found my dream home and it was a fantastic buying experience. When it was time to sell due to relocation, I knew Carmen would be my listing agent. She kept me focused and informed throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and helped me get my home ready to market. The photographer she used did an amazing job in showcasing my home's amenities and my property. After the first day showings, she presented me with the offers received and evaluated each one so I could make the best decision. She always made sure I had the information I needed to make all those decisions during the selling phase and was right by my side during closing. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but I never felt alone. Carmen is awesome! I wholeheartedly recommend Carmen to help you whether buying or selling!!

We were out-of-state buyers. Carmen was a life-saver keeping us informed on the progress of our house and providing information on various issues related to our purchase. She served as our liaison with the builder's realtor, which was especially helpful in relaying our concerns as construction issues arose. She was easy to contact and prompt in returning calls, emails, and texts. She let us know about real estate issues in Alabama and this was valuable, especially at the closing of our house.
