Wonderful place to stay right on Seacoast! You can see the ocean and hear the waves at all hours with the patio doors open. We were only 2 but you could have a whole family comfortably! There is 3 stories of sleeping options. Heat in the place kept us perfectly temperate too. Customer service was helpful and very attentive. It's a bit tricky at the property at first, so it helps with the directions they give you upon arrival. All in all, excellent vacation spot!!!

My family stayed at the nice house in San Diego about a 1 mile from the zoo, and walking distance from nice places to eat and while would like to give 5 stars there were a few things that bothered me. The description said two rooms and it be nice to say 1 queen and 1 king, we were hoping for 2 doubles and i should have asked the parking can be a challenge since you parking in a busy street and minor touches need to be down like in the primary bath, clean around the shower base and whoever touching up paint really should use the white color. Otherwise, really enjoyed, good location to get to everything, and it was quiet.

We loved this little place. It was in a great location where you walk a block down the hill and all the restaurants are there. Anything from a Dive-Bar to fine dining. Our favorite spot to eat is Old Venice, some of the best Italian Food and a nice wine selection. My go to was the roasted garlic and Brie with garlic bread to start and everything on the menu that I tried for my entree was amazing. Then there is the Harbor Town Tavern that’s like a local bar with nightly themes (my wife’s favorite was Thursdays for Bingo night or Wednesday for Karaoke). You can bet food there too late night. On the other side of the wall is a fun arcade. Highly recommende

Had a great experience staying in Pacific Beach for a week. Everything was made very simple, and the property was perfect: well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend without reservation.

I strongly recommend this vacation home in San Diego. The home was very clean and organized with modern fixtures. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very clean. Secured parking garage was a plus. They really try to make sure you have everything you would need in a vacation home to make your stay comfortable.

Total SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
The pictures we saw had absolutely nothing to do with the reality. We were supposed to stay there with my family and two small children.
My father and husband were dropping off some items and found the house in unlivable condition; The carpets, couches, chairs, table, base boards are severely stained, the bed sheets were not washed and had yellow stains (from what you can only imagine in your wildest dreams) and upon lifting the mattress, more dirt stains were visible. The railing by the stairs was not attached to the wall and the door to the outside was stuck half way. If this wasn’t a safety hazard, outside was a 4 foot drop off down from the terrace without a rail.
My dad called immediately and informed us of the sad reality. Under no circumstance would he subject his family to living there, a Cardo managed home in La Mesa, CA. We called Airbnb immediately to file a complaint to get fully reimbursed!!
Shame on this property management company for deceiving people to book what they call an “executive retreat”.

Really perfect location! Right across the street from the water for perfect sunset, lovely little walk to the cove and sea lions,10 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping. Lovely view of the water from the small kitchen window, but do you know that the balcony faces another building not the ocean. Comfortable tonight weekend for the four of us. Thank you!

I couldn’t recommend a better vacation home in San Diego. Our place was spotless when we entered, and our host was very easy to talk to if we had any questions. They really try to make sure you have everything you would need in a vacation home. Also, the house itself was super modern compared to a lot of places we’ve stayed in San Diego prior.
