Albert Myers is very professional and reliable. He made sure everything was on point with the rental process from the beginning until the end. My property was listed and rented within less than 2 months. I would definitely use Capital Street Management again!

I was a prospective tenant, so I can't speak to their property management abilities, however, I can speak to their seriously lacking scheduling and time management abilities. This company seems to be unable to maintain a scheduled and confirmed appointment to show an apartment. As of today, they have canceled on me 2x with very little notice even though I confirmed the appointment. Hmmm that tells me alot. I guess their time is much more valuable than mine because I traveled to see the property only to find out when I'm on my way there that the appointment was canceled. Good luck with this unprofessional management company. I wish I could give them zero stars, but Google requires at least one star Thank you for wasting my time!!!!!! Thank you for your unprofessionalism as well. Keep up the great work.

Wow! I have used other management companies in the past, but I am extremely impressed with this company! This is the first company I have come across that is very organized, reacts quickly and effectively, and you can tell they are very passionate about what they do.

Albert is very knowledgeable, responsive, and addresses any issues quickly. I decided to try them out after coming across the videos they post online, and I am glad I did. I will be using them for ALL of my properties moving forward and I recommend them to everyone! Thanks Albert!

Whenever we have an issue arise they come with a swift solution. We had our window broken and in less than 24 hours they replaced our window and installed a security camera to give our family peace of mind. Our property manager Albert is always there when we have any questions or concerns. Tony and Paul go beyond maintenance and repair, they actually care and are happy to come by.
