It’s been one year and two months since our contract expired and Jose has not paid 2/3rds of the loan. Every week we wait for contracts to close. But for some reason they get extended.

Jose where is my money man!!!! You are overdue!! You are not respecting our contract. I have known your for 20+ years and you don’t seem to care. Driving a Lexus SUV flashing them LV merchandise. Must be nice huh.

Don't do business with Jose Belman, he hasn't paid all his investmentists for years, he owes millions of dollars and he has been forgiven thousands of interest. He owes millions of dollars. Don't believe anything, he's a liar who's going to take advantage of people. Capital home investment really bad company to invest.

We sold our parents property. We opted to forgo an real estate agent and do a sale by owner. I personally was in communication with Jose. The house was in need of some TLC. and he didn't give a low ball offer. He always replied in a timely manner with any questions and or concerns I had. The sale of the property had a few hiccups with probate and the title company but Jose was always there! I would definitely recommend Jose’s Investment Real Estate Company!
