I have had such a wonderful experience with Canopy! On my first visit to Canopy I fell in love with the complex and the amenities, especially the dog park and the indoor dog bathing station. Michelle was so welcoming and helpful and she made the application process quick and painless. When I had some unexpected changes come up that would affect my move Michelle was there to help me regroup and pivot into a different unit that still hit everything on my list and was in my budget. I cannot recommend these apartments enough, they're lovely and modern, and they're in a perfect location.

I can't say enough good things about the team here and the overall environment/vibe of this place.

Me and my girlfriend were previously staying at The Arbors and needed to get out of there as soon as possible. Thankfully there were a couple of apartments still available to be leased here and Leslie made sure that we were able to secure our corner unit that we absolutely love. The view, the coziness, and the quietness are absolutely phenomenal compared to our previous living situation.

The transition was extremely easy as well even with all the construction that's going on currently, we had such a seamless moving experience and the coordination with Leslie was so simple to schedule.

I can't even begin to tell you how clean the environment is as well. Even the dumpster areas that house the dumpsters and recycle bins are so clean that it's almost unbelievable how maintenance can keep up with keeping it so tidy. One night you'll see a ton of boxes and a bunch of bags of trash, the next morning completely cleaned up and tidy. Somehow they even managed to get the smell out!

Overall, the experience of living here has been nothing short of perfect and has definitely been such a wonderful experience and is totally worth every penny!
