Our home in Carmel, California, just sold a few days ago. We were lucky to have been represented by the Canning Properties team and we are so glad that we made the decision to choose Nic Canning as our realtor.

Nic, in addition to being there for showings, was always available to listen to any questions/concerns we had during this journey. He also clearly addressed everything that we brought up during a conversation. We felt free to call him at any time, and if he was at another meeting, we could expect an immediate call back. In addition, the photographer and videographers used by the Canning team were truly accomplished artists. We absolutely loved their engaging, mesmerizing video, and the beautiful , classy photos that showcased our home.

We are truly thankful all for the hard work and expertise put into this process by the Canning Properties team..When I look back, I see that everything, under the guidance of Nic (and the one hundred percent support of Dave Reese, Seth Reese, Ellen Armstrong, Jessica Canning, Paige Colijin, Caroline Garcia, Kelly Savukinas and others behind the scenes) was accomplished quickly as the team worked as one seamless whole. They were always one step ahead of what was necessary and addressed any potential hurdles/issues even before we could think of them. We witnessed first hand, the simplicity and ease with which they all worked together and made the sale happen. All showings were carried out diligently, and always with one member of the team onsite. We felt safe inviting anyone into our home for showings, knowing it was on their watch. In addition, all documents were prepared by them, and eventually the sale of our home was completed flawlessly and smoothly.

I can see clearly why Canning Properties is listed as the top performing realtor group in the area ..... honestly, that's why we chose them in the first place! We are so glad we made that decision.I have given them a Five star rating and would have loved to give them a Five star Plus if I could.
