The realtors assigned to this neighborhood are not forthcoming to people who don't look like them. Needless to say, the experience we had was very disappointing. This is 2024 and not much has changed.

Great subdivision. I was very interested in building here. Sadly the project had completed the first phase and the second has not yet started. Convenient location. You can hear the high school band practicing. Just adorable overall.

Enjoyed visiting. Great views of sunsets on top of this hill. Not too much noise from streets. Met some of the residents. ALL were nice and welcoming.
