I’m going to take the time to be as honest as I can in this review of my experience with the property. We had a great experience working with Amy—she was personable, welcoming (even at the last minute), and informative. I also appreciated the ease of the self-guided tour. We had driven an hour to see the unit, and the tour went smoothly. However, after the tour, things took a turn.
I stepped inside the leasing office with my child, where I was greeted by Brittany. I asked if she had time to answer a quick question, and she responded that I could come inside. However, I was already standing inside the office. I took a couple of steps closer, thinking that’s what she meant, but she didn’t seem pleased with this. If an appointment was needed to step into the office, I would have gladly scheduled one. Her response gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience to her, albeit in a passive way, and I felt that.
I was later able to address the issue directly with the manager, Jordan, and ask the questions I needed clarification on. While I remained patient and understanding during this time, after two weeks, it seemed as though the manager chose to end communication altogether.
One key difference I noticed during this experience was that, unlike other communities, Camden did not provide the same level of guidance throughout the process. Based on this, I cannot recommend this specific property to families with government subsidies or disabilities.

My partner and I have been here for almost 6 months and have loved our time at Camden Old Creek. Brittany answered all of our initial questions and gave us an extensive tour of the different floor plans that Camden has to offer. She made our tour personable and we immediately felt like calling Camden our new home. Afterwards, we met Amy and Josh, and between the three of them, we have been so lucky to have them by our side for support. They truly are a dream team who care about the residents of the complex. Also, the maintenance team here work very hard and fix any issues (which are very rare) in a matter of 24 hours or less. We have met so many nice neighbors and friends at this complex and everyone is so polite and kind. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and spacious, with modern granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. You can tell these apartments were built solid from the ground up and we have never had an issue not finding parking. Lastly, the amenities are just the cherry on top of a great sundae. From the resort style heated pool and jacuzzi to the beautiful club house and 24 hour gym, we are truly blessed to be here and plan to stay for many years to come. Thank you Camden Old Creek Staff for all your hard work and dedication to the residents.

Just moved here, right off the bat I was impressed with the quality of the virtual tour I received from Brittany, as well as the warm welcome from Amy and Josh. Brittany walked the whole distance from the leasing office to the unit showing me the complex the whole way. The pool area is resort quality with a year round heated 80 degree pool and spa. There was a small issue with my unit (predating my arrival) and they offered me an alternate or a temporary unit until mine was ready which I took and will move down the hall in a week. They guide through everything from Internet and cable access to utility connections. They have commerce accounts with each vendor and dedicated phone number for set up and help. There’s an off leash dog park in the complex! Can’t wait to get settled and update the review. I feel like a local already.

I love this place definitely have had a great experience! The community is amazing very neighborly and friendly. The staff is very welcoming, down to earth, and very persistent to get things done. From my experience with other apartments I’ve always had to wait for things to get fixed or neighbors were loud and trash was everywhere. Renting here has brought a lot of ease in my hectic life as a mother and business owner.
The pool area is top tier! Looks like a resort! They also have a private gated section with a dog park! Very close to a lot of gorgeous hiking trails. Also close to the town center. Definitely recommend this place for anyone. ❤️

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had nothing short of a positive experience. As a young woman, I feel so safe. I genuinely think that Camden Old Creek has such a positive and healthy community, and I thank the staff for that. Amy, Brittany, and Josh always greet you with a bright smile and even remember your name! They are always checking in and making sure their residents are happy. It is so special living in an environment where you are remembered! They are all very prompt in responding to any email or issue that may arise. They put the residents first! The common areas are always very clean. They even sometimes bring you water bottles when you are by the pool!
I don’t think I will ever find a community as awesome as Camden Old Creek. Highly recommend living here.

I’ve been living at Camden Old Creek for almost four years now, and I’ve loved it from day one. The entire office staff—Amy, Brittany, and Josh—have always been amazing to me, treating me with warmth and kindness. The maintenance team is outstanding, always handling any issues quickly and efficiently. The facilities here are also fantastic when I have the time to get to use them LOL. Nothing like using the bbq on those summer evenings ☀️All of the staff are incredibly welcoming, making this a truly great place to live.❤️

Great place to live. Been here almost 5 years and it has been a great place to call home. Amy gave me the initial tour years ago and ever since has been a warm and welcoming member of the Camden Team that enhances the experience of living here. The maintenance team is also very quick to solve issues and they are the friendliest guys ever!

I have lived at Camden Old Creek for two years and it’s by far the best experience I’ve had with any apartment complex. First class hospitality by the leasing office; Brittany, Amy, and Josh are always extremely helpful whenever I’m needing assistance! I definitely recommend for anybody searching to call a place home!
