My company was in need of a 5 acre site for outside storage and we found the ideal site via a website that Calen had posted the property on. The posting was perfect showing it in a way that convinced me that this property could be ideal. I contacted Calen and he met me at the site to walk it down. After confirming the site would work, we worked with Calen to negotiate and agree on a lease with the property owners. Calen was on top of everything from day one.
