I have been renting through Cal Agents for almost two years now. They are one of the best companies that provide thoughtful attention to tenants from mainentance and needs. One of the things I greatly appreciated about them is also the ability to use credit cards for payments. They have had to change the system of how they process payments. I called in and worked with Maria Buce and talked through how this is the most optimum way for me to make payments and I always make payments early. She was listened and heard my side and went to see what could be done. Her approach on how she addresses concerns, does fact finding and supports their client base is beyond exceptional. Hermi has been great to work with over the past couple of years. We have been cleaning carpets for The Cal Agents and Hermie has been our contact the entire time.
