Sharleen Yuan is very good at what she does. As my rental agent, she listens to my specific needs very carefully (within 50 mins commute to Manhattan, a safe community with proximity to grocery as well as day care, a place big enough for a family with kid, pets and parents etc. ) and is able to quickly identify places that match my needs very well and within my budget. I was able to find a place for my family in just one weekend's visit to the places that she recommends and I had such a difficult time to choose the final one because her recommendation are all so good!! It is such a smooth and efficient process that I am extremly satisfied with. We have just recently purchased an appartement in Jersey City after more than a year of research and home visits.
