We reserved a truck, and then I found a better deal with a different company, so I CANCELED the truck about 26 or 27 HOURS before our pick up date. Well THEY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT $150 FOR A TRUCK WE NEVER GOT!! and it over drew my bank account!! So I will be getting my money back!! Stay away from this place, they STOLE $150 for a service that was cancelled with plenty of time to re rent it to someone else. I will update once I speak to the billing department tomorrow in the am.

The worst customer service from a rental company I have ever experienced, and that's saying something. We had a truck pick up and immediately the woman at the desk told us no and then called her boss in front of us with the worst attitude. Then has a hissy fit about what she had to do. I'm sorry if you were having a rough day Hun, but you took that day out on us from the beginning. Turns out they've been saving the truck we needed because someone had left their stuff in it when it was returned... So we were told we have to wait until they could "pick the lock, and put it in another one of their trucks". I understand the circumstances that the agent had to deal with, but by far the WORST customer service I've experienced in a very long time.

Worst of the worst. Reserved a truck a month in advance. The day of i was supposed to move, 30 mins before my 9 an appointment to pick the truck up they call me to tell me they have nothing available and to call the 800 number, sit on hold to see what location that is an hour from me has any availability. Budget is absolutely brainless and idiotic. Literally a laughable corporation.

Budget has never fulfilled the size of the truck that I've reserved and didn't provide a full refund when the truck wasn't big enough or too large compared to what I reserved. I don't recommend reserving a truck through Budget if you require a specific vehicle size. While a truck may be larger than you require, you'll spend more on gas and. if too small, won't be adequate to meet your needs. Try Uhaul instead - same rates, better service.

Reserved a truck on-line and when I went to pick it up they had nothing available, even though the website showed multiple size truck available. They did absolutely nothing to help me fulfill the reservation. They then went and charged me a $75 "no-show" fee.

When you show up there to pick up your reserved truck. No matter what you say... You will only hear "No truck!" "No Truck!" "No Truck!" "No Truck!" "No Truck!" "No Truck!" Bad service!

Quick and easy. Rental office is located inside the Sheraton ... It takes a moment to find it if you're not familiar with the location. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the truck I rented was clean.
