Bryan Collins with Keller Williams is an amazing instructor and personable human being. He has a lot of knowledge and understanding about real estate because of his experience in the field. That's what made his class teachings extraordinary and interesting. I felt like it was more than a course, but a conversation, which allowed the information to stick to my brain a lot more. I learned a lot more from hearing him talk about his experiences than I would often when I sat down to read the textbooks. His detailed descriptions of the slides always sparked a new idea that was applicable to our training, and I felt he genuinely cared about his students, which is something many instructors don't do (I went to UCLA and experienced professors who simply did not care). Bryan, however, goes above and beyond to make learning the material fun and accessible. I'm truly thankful I'm taking Real Estate classes with CA Realty Training because the online portal is simple to use and extremely helpful. Having online classes with Bryan Collins from Keller Williams definitely means you're going to have the tools you'll need to get your license. He will literally answer any questions you have from the moment you meet him to beyond the completion of the course. I could not recommend Bryan as a mentor more.

Awesome Agent Who Exceeded All Expectations!
Bryan J Collins is a top tier real estate agent. We were beyond pleased with how smooth and efficient our house selling and new home buying experience turned out, thanks to him. Bryan is an excellent communicator who has a fun and easy to get along with personality. His character along with his knowledge and experience helped us to feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. He made it easy to understand our home’s value and never settled for less than what was in our best interest. He worked diligently with the potential and eventual buyers and always kept both sides well informed with all of the details and requirements. He made the paperwork processes easy to understand and finalize. When buying our new home he tirelessly showed us options and always followed up with his thoughts based on our budget and needs. He went above and beyond by helping us understand the processes we weren’t thinking about like the inspection requirements, utility and service changes, moving expenses and so much more.. June 13,2023 We Got Our Keys To Our Very First Home ! After Looking At Lots Of Different Homes.. Bryan Found Us A House We Now Get To Call Our Home. Even After All Of The Craziness He Was There Every Step Of The Way. Even When We Wanted To Give Up He Never Gave Up On Us . He Has Went Above And Beyond To Make This Happen For Us .
