I have lived at Villa Monte Vista for nearly 3 years now. The Property Manager does an Outstanding job taking care of the Property, if a repair is needed there is never a delay in getting it taken care of. I have a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment with a small backyard and my own garage, each unit comes with a Fireplace, Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator & Microwave and it’s a Gated community. My son is Special Needs, he tells me all the time he loves it here, it’s quiet and he feels safe here. Rent increases are always a concern with the cost of living being so unaffordable, what I pay in rent is worth the safety & security that it provides my Son.
