We are so happy with our choice in Brown Property Group for our Property Management! Being a military family you are constantly on the move and it’s such a comfort having Brown Property Group take care of all of our properties needs. My lengthy review was removed even though I followed the guidelines. I can only assume the company asked for it to be taken down.

If you are a tenant looking for a place to rent, avoid this place. They don’t look out for you. I’ve stayed in many rental places, including military housing, and this place is the worst. Will nickel and dime you, provide subpar maintenance, and then gouge you when you move out (cleaning cost was more than double any other clean out I’ve had). And will not offer any explanation for large expense.

You’ve been warned.

I highly do recommed working with Brown Property Group. It has been a couple of months now and they have been very friendly, professional, and great at what they do. I have been working with Maggie in particular, she has been awesome; always responds in a timely manner, answers your ques and concerns etc. My home was rented out in 2 1/2 months 🙂 great work, very impressed! Pamela Wiggs is fantastic!! I came here to leave a positive review, and was shocked to see a negative one! In reading this person’s review, you can see that they’ve failed to pay rent for multiple months yet blamed her and others for not being understanding. Life happens, and that’s so sad, but I truly hope that Google removes that review, because it’s not an accurate representation of customer service received and experienced from Brown Property Management! Pam is who we dealt with specifically, and she was so sweet and kind! She even answered a few questions/gave advice to my son getting ready to start off on his own! Above and beyond!
