Kia had me sold on renting at Brookwood before I even toured the property! I called to inquire and her professionalism, understanding & patience is what made me take a tour and rent the apartment same day. Property management was my previous career for over 20 years so I am NOT easy to sell too. Kia answered my millions of questions in person, email and phone calls and she patiently explained everything, showed me gorgeous apartments and now that I have signed my lease I am excited to move in. The day I signed my lease at the sister community Wynbrook a super nice maintenance gentleman saw that I arrived early for my appointment & stopped to ask if I needed assistance. He welcomed me to the community & took a few mins to chat. New England where I used to live came up and we got to talk about how he and his kids are Boston Red Sox fans. I’ll update my post after I move in, but I know I will love it. Do not hesitate to call Kia and tour this beautiful property. Apartments are spacious there are renovated and non renovated options which both were in excellent condition.

Whoever is applying here be careful because they're increased way too much charging almost 1100 for one bedroom 1700 and two bedroom 2500 ..150 alone in one year.. new manager of the property same property manager for The sister company down the road.. and he's a stickler

Unprofessional rude staff ! The staff who works don't like there jobs i guess ! Keep putting phones down when u call, also i had appointment setup for noon time for one bedroom Apt, No show from renting office closed @ property ! The guy who manages apartments lied to me when i asked if u guys have apartment available to rent as they have signs on there curbside ! I am glad haven't rented apartments with them ! Over all not a positive response. I hope this will help someone to make educated decision.

The move in process was seamless and the community is quiet and feels safe. I haven’t called maintenance yet but I know they are available. I don’t have any complaints.
