I have been living here since 2016, I have never had a bad experience here, first my manager Ms. Teresa is truly a God sent she always has a smile on her face ready to help answer questions ,just giving a ear to listen. Her staff is very knowledgeable about questions dealing with issues , they are always. on here at the time you are expecting them with a smile, Ms. Teresa, oh I just love to see her even when she walks out complex willing to speak,smile and ask how are you doing I love living here, I tell my co-workers how great I feel living here, I thank God for sending me here. And may I thank Ms. Teresa and her staff.

I lived at Brook Lyn Apartments 2021-2024 with my baby girl. Overall, I didn't have many issues living in these apartments. We lived in the garden style home so we didn't have any upstairs or downstairs neighbors (THE best part). Any maintenance requests were taken care of if not the same day, the next day. My rent didn't increase until my second renewal and that's when the housing market rates increased.

Cons: During my first year, there were some issues with the maintenance men but they no longer work there. The current maintenance men are awesome! You can always find them cleaning the lot or doing repairs. Orlando is very knowledgably and made sure to take his time when completing a request.

The option to grill was taken away after an apartment caught fire, understandably. However, I would've liked to still have the option to grill maybe 25 ft from the building or maybe made "grill zones" as I enjoyed entertaining throughout the spring and summer. I've thrown many many outside parties and I've never had any issues with police, noise complaints, etc. Some neighbors even joined! The police patrol regularly so I always felt safe. If my daughter and I weren't growing out the apartment, we would've renewed for another year.

Leasing Manger Review - Theresa is heaven sent!!! She made my move in, stay, and move out process exceptionally smooth. She made sure to send out text messages for reminders and updates. She puts on community events (i.e. back to school pizza parties, luau, door competitions and more). I would hire her to run my business any day!

(I would've given it a 4.5 if the option was available).

My daughter is looking for an apartment. Well, let's just say she has to get another place to live. A friend mention Brooke Lyn Apartments. We went there to only be told that there is a waiting list. We got an application. The Manager was pleasant and treated us nice. After we left, we realized that we weren't put on the WAITING LIST!!!!!. What's up with that?

My experience here so far has been great. From the application process through living here at Brooke Lyn Apartments has been great. The manager Theresa has been awesome. She delivered professionally. Anything I needed done she has taken care of in a timely fashion. I moved here from California and was a bit nervous at first because I was moving a great distance. Theresa took great care of my living arrangements which has provided a safe environment for myself and my two small kids. Thank you Theresa you are so awesome and thank you for allowing myself and my kids to call Brooke Lyn Apartments our home.

I moved to Brooke Lyn Apartments in May and have been very satisfied. The Apartment Manager Ms. Theresa has been god sent to me and my babygirl. Anything that needs fixing they are on their way to you. My daughter is autistic and Ms Theresa has even gone out of her way to suggest different facilities and schools that work with Autistic children. I definitely feel the personal love she has for everyone of her tenet's. Thank you for a wonderful experience so far!!! ?

It’s been great living here at Brooke Lyn Apartments. Whenever there was a need, the manager Theresa handled it promptly and professionally. The apartment has great space and the grounds are always kept up. Thank you Theresa for making this a smooth transition for us and being a very pleasant person to approach.

The Property manager- Theresa was very professional, I left a message needing a apartment for my parents who are out of state. The message was left after hours. Theresa returned my call and addressed my needs swiftly within 24 hours. I was ensured that if everything were met for the requirements of the application process my parents needs would be met. And I'm grateful that Brooke Lyn Apartments will be my parents new residence. The Property manager went over and beyond to satisfy and she really cares about the well being of others. She displayed exceptional customer service skills, Thank you for a job well done Theresa!!?
