Michael Brock and his team are by far the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. It doesn’t get much better than their customer service, caring for clients, and also for the properties they managed. I was a tenant for 4 years and Michael and his team were A+. In addition to that, he helped my girlfriend find a new house to rent, and helped us out when it came to buying a new property. I don’t have enough words to say how thankful I am for Brock Properties and Michael Brock. 10/10 recommended!

Mike went above and beyond to help us get out of a hotel and into home in less than a week after our family moved to Pensacola on military orders. They were extremely welcoming as it was our first time moving as far as we did and our first time experiencing Florida. I've since recommended him and his company to other military members and will continue to recommend him. Though we only lived in Florida for about a year, they kept maintenance up to date and any issues we came across at the property they were quick to respond and to a find a solution. As a service business, we have worked with a number of property management companies. Communication when going through a "middle man" cnn be a challenge to navigate. But Brock Properties, Inc and specifically Michael Brock has made communication a breeze. The communication he provides us is clear and concise. He also is good about communicating our message to the home owners. He is attentive the the condition of the properties he manages. As a vendor timely payments are received. MILITARY FAMILIES STEER CLEAR!! Poor customer service! We called to schedule a viewing a week prior to our house hunting trip to the area to specifically view one of their houses for rent. the Older woman who often answers the phone is clueless on how to answer specific questions besides saying “it’s on our website”.

1 day before we had our viewing, it was canceled and taken off the market, even thought I had called 18 hours prior and confirmed the viewing and our interest in immediately applying after physically viewing the house for rent, given our upcoming PCS. When I called the inquire on the cancellation, the person was super unapologetic about the lack of communication and left us scrambling to find other places to rent. it was super unprofessional to pull the rug out from a couple who paid hundreds of dollars to fly down to potentially rent from this company.

Mike Brock is the professional who will make your real estate ambitions happen. I bought a house back in 2017 that was older and required a lot of maintenance. I called three property managers and two of them didn’t get back to me at all. Mike called back right away and set up a time to tour the property so we could come up with a custom plan for managing it.
