Brock was my realtor, handling my house sale in Champaign in 2024. Because I had already moved out of state when selling my house (and therefore was also selling as-is), I needed a realtor that would be able to go beyond a typical realtor in that I would not be able to be physically there to oversee things day to day. Brock went well beyond, managing many details, giving me recommendations for people to handle issues that popped up (like lawn mowing) and overall keeping me updated and well apprised of all things related to the sale. I could not have done it without a person who went so far out of their way to ensure the sale the way that I wanted it.
I don’t frequently give reviews but I strongly recommend Brock, not just because of the successful sale (despite my many house sale conditions) but he is a realtor that works incredibly hard for the sale, and became my trusted eyes and ears in town.
