I rented an apartment in Slidell at Lakeside Apartment management is Broad Management. My five kids and i had to deal with mold in the master bed room. Leaking ac unit above shower. When maintenance came to fix the problem he took the white towel bar and now they are charging me $150 for it. There’s mold all in the kitchen under the sink. Dry rotten molded wood. Windows don’t and won’t stay open. Cabinets fall off the hinges. They were supposed to fix the window screens instead they just ripped them off. Whoever would come fix the problem didn’t do a good enough job bc it would come right back off the same day. i moved in I asked Alex about hanging tvs on the walls and she said it was fine as long as it’s done correctly. Now im being charged for small holes in the wall. I was given a non renewal lease notice in november 24 and my lease ended in Dec 24. Now they’re added a rent charge and late rent for the month of Jan 25. How is that possible when i was told to move out? I lived there for a year and they have had three Managers since then Sion Robert, Troy Price and now Lisa McGee. When i wrote Alex about the move out charges she still has responded. That’s normal because when i lived there they took months to respond to any problems i had. I honestly don’t know who’s worse the management company or the property manager they have hired! The pictures are from when i lived in and never gotten fixed! The ppl they hire to fix things only PATCH them up

Once I got back into a state where Broad Management was I was happy to rejoin the team. I just love how this company adapt with the current times. As a current employee at Broad Management Group LLC I wanted to take this opportunity to share my thoughts on how good Broad Management Group takes care of the residents through the BroadCares program but how well they treat their employees. Recently the company surprised all of their employees with 6 days off with pay!!! Wow!!! I was completely caught off guard along with the other employees. Broad Management Group has always been good to me but this was extremely generous!!! I was completely elated and grateful for the time off, it was much needed to say the least. Horrible company to work for. I'm speaking for property I was at. Never any material to help people fix there stuff. Management never comes out see there properties and see main issue are on there property. Roofs at Apartments leaking water, then want worker's go on roof patch holes with cheap tar. Anytime there's a rain people bottom floor flood out. Owner for these apartments in Holly hill Florida are slum Lords at it's finest. People pay all that money for rent and nothing being fix or replace

The maintenance supervisor to do there job
And also there’s a high maintenance supervisor turnover with this property and there’s no support form the upper management .
Any maintenance technician that consider working for this properly I should be the one tell you to be patient and look for work somewhere else. The property manager needs to be looked at closely for all the wrongdoings of running the property.
