We were very fortunate that our good friends referred us to Britni Schneider to help us buy our next home on the Western Slope. We were in a unique situation and she was very patient and understanding. She showed us multiple homes that met our search criteria and always made time to tour on our schedule. She found the perfect home for us in Fruita and negotiated extremely well. We were able to negotiate a much more reasonable price from the sellers after a lot of negotiation, all thanks to the toughness that Britni displayed on our behalf. Using a VA loan, and with the many hurdles that come with VA backed loans, she was able to get us locked into the lowest rates possible and close in 30 days.
We are grateful for all her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is committed to your best interest.

This is the second home Britni has helped me purchase and the first home she has helped me sell. The process was a bit of a nightmare but Britni went above and beyond to make everything as smooth at possible for us! SHE IS AMAZING! Britni is always so fun to be around with her upbeat personality which is much needed in a situation as stressful as purchasing a home. She was there to answer any questions we had.
