I’ve been renting with Brink Property Management for the last 4 years and I’ve never met a Property Management that works with you, especially if you are struggling (me during pandemic) Besides my rent being a little too high I don’t see any problem with Brink Property Management. Anytime I needed something fixed. I would make the call and Mrs. Brink will get right on top of it. Mrs. Brink is all about communication. She’s done so much for so many tenants so I don’t even understand the other negative comments. If you are looking for a Property Management that is willing to work with you, Brink Property Management is where you should go. Might I add? It was the easiest process when applying to get the townhome that I’m in as of now!!!

I wish I could give this place a zero star! Property owners STAY AWAY from this place. You will end up managing Brink to manage your property. They don’t keep their word on pricing for services. Their contractors are unreliable, unprofessional and over charge for services. You are better off renting out your property yourself and fixing things on your own. If you wish to throw your money away for crappy service by all means go with Brink Property Management! Biggest regret of my life!!!

I wish I could give zero stars dont even bother applying for rent with this company they charged me $30 dollars for my rent application I was shown a property that I like close to bellflower the fact that the apartment was missing an ac unit and the closet door was a curtain…lol… gave me a sketchy feeling about this company anyways i was more interested in the location than the apartment it self which was kinda bad to be honest. I asked Judy how may applicants were ahead of me and she said two people applied but they didn’t qualify so basically i was the third applicant I was happy to hear that because I knew I was next and having a clean background a credit score of 778 and good income source plus just me and daughter living there I thought this is in the pocket I waited for over 2 weeks and i finally got a response saying that the property owner chose another applicant? I was like what? How? So i call and I asked why my application was denied and Tammy responded saying that they were a dozen applicants on this property and the owner chose one so basically there was no reason for my application to be denied so i thought to myself isn’t there supposed to be a queue that gives priority to the first applicants and don’t we deserve to know what happened I was in shocked what an unprofessional way to managed things and keep your $30 dollars like nothing scammers!

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ALL RACE THEY TRIED TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT (GAL & JUDY) IS BEYOND RUDE AND RACIST! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN THEY INCONSIDERATE I RENTED FROM THEM 2022 to 2024 I HAD SO MUCH HAPPEN TO ME IN MY UNIT PEOPLE BREAKING INTO THE BUILDING, BREAKING INTO ME AND MY GUEST CARS PEOPLE WAS STEALING THE MAIL OUT OF ALL THE TENANTS MAIL BOXS THE HOMELESS PEOPLE SET MY A/C UNIT ON FIRE 2023 SUMMER JUDY LEFT ME AND MY CHILDREN IN THE UNIT AROUND THANKSGIVING 2023 FOR A WEEK WITHOUT A WORKING REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS IN THE UNIT WHEN I MOVED IN AND IT STOP WORKING IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE WEEK TO GET ME ANOTHER ONE THE LIST GOES ON AND ON! THEY POSTED THE UNIT FOR RENT FOR 3,700.00 AS OF TODAY (10240 Artesia Blvd Bellflower Ca 90706) DONT EVEN BOTHER TO MOVE THERE OR RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THEM! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOU PAYING THE RENT ON TIME THEY NEVER HAD NO SOLUTION FOR ME AND MY KIDS SAFETY WHEN ALL OF THIS WAS TAKING PLACE FOR TWO YEARS THE ARE WHAT YOU CALL SLUMLORDS!

We have been using Brink Property management to manage our property for almost 2 years. They have done an excellent job for us. They are very professional and easy to communicate with. They handle everything for our property which is fantastic for my husband and I who are too busy to deal with things that need to be taken care of in a timely manner. If you are looking for property management services I would highly recommend Brink Property management.

They kept my deposit all due to greed…terrible micromanagement….unbelievable… never would i have to go through and unpleasant stay… i was the beat tenant in one of their spots and if you plan on living on one of their places, i suggest you look any where else but with them as their greed will keep your hard earned money.

Give one start. Wish there was no star. Do not get cozy or friendly with these people they are greedy and only care about money and them self. Oh and don’t live in there building because at the need of a year you will regret living there believe me
