Kip, did a very good job in the sale of our property. She had our house under contract for the amount we wanted in 3-4 days! She kept us informed every step of the way and even went to the house to turn the thermostat up and let the faucetts drip since the temperatures were going to drop to ten degrees. She also promptly communicated with the buyers agent and closing agent. Additionally, when negotiating with the buyer, she saved us money. I would highly recommend her to anyone sellling or buying a home.
