Amazing Customer Service!

Joana and her team went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success! Even when a glitch threatened the setup, the team worked relentlessly and maintained an open line of communication to ensure everything was delivered and set up on time. Joana, Jorge, and the rest of the team were courteous, professional, and prompt from the initial reservation, to setup, delivery, and pick-up. They were dedicated to meeting customer's needs!

This is the best event rental company I have ever dealt with. I am from Portland Oregon and planned a wedding in Palm Desert remotely. Ashley & Gorge from Bright Event Rentals were AMAZING!! From great products to fantastic customer service, drawing out plans, last minute needs and changes due to weather, they took everything in stride and were completely helpful, and their crew worked hard on set up and tear down. There is absolutely no other Event Rental company that I would want to work with. Please open in Portland OR so that I can use for all of my events!

My experience with Bright Event Rental wasn't their usual event rental item. I needed to rent a refrigerator when ours died in the middle of this Covid-19 pandemic. Lauren and Jamie were amazingly helpful and understanding of my situation. The refrigerator was delivered on time and it has performed perfectly. They gave me a great price for the week-long rental I needed. They were also fantastic when I had to extend the rental for another week. Home Depot extended the delivery date with only 24 hours notice. They gave a really nice break on the extended rental pricing. My experience with them is totally 5 star worthy and I highly recommend them.
