Moved in this summer, and we have received nothing but great service from these guys. Payments are easily accessible online. They respect the space of their tenants. They’ve been very prompt in handling issues around the house. They’ve also done a lot of renovating in order to give us a better living experience. Very thankful to have good landlords.

Fantastic company to work with. When they started with us, I had just had my baby 6 weeks early, who had to stay in the NICU. The fridge/freezer on the property I live on was not working, and I was worried about my ability to safely store the milk I produced. They quickly and efficiently tested out the issues, and made sure that the new fridge purchased was of equitable (actually, slightly larger due to modern standard sizes). Even though it would have been easier for them to just put in a smaller fridge, they considered what was best for our family. There is a shortage of family friendly housing in Winona, so it is amazing to work with people who care and understand.

Aaron and Laura have been super helpful with repairs and upkeep and always give a few days warning before they have walkthroughs. They're great with communication and do everything they can to help and reply very quickly to concerns!

Nothing gets fixed! When they finally make their way around to it they come at the most inconvenient time (rarely 24 hr notice) or ask you to miss class/work to meet repair folks yourself! Never reimburse missed time or credit towards rent when YOU have extra expenses due to their inadequacy.
