First, we worked with Team Flick to sell our Keystone condo. They moved fast to get the property listed, and in a slowing market, they had it under contract for full price in 24 hours. Wow! They made the process extremely easy, were professional, well-organized, very responsive and just enjoyable to work with through the sales process.

We then continued to work with Brian and his team to negotiate and purchase a condo in the limited required time to achieve a 1031 exchange. We didn't make it easy for them - we had very specific requirements for our purchase. They helped us pull it off in record time!
