We can’t think of the words to describe Brenda, she is a phenomenal person to say the least. We are a young couple that started our journey of purchasing our first home back in June 2020. It was a long process, however, Brenda was there through the whole process to help. She was available at all times of the day to answer every question we had. She would never just say “ I don’t know the answer” if she didn’t have an answer for us. She always did her research and provided us with guidance we needed to get the answer to all of our questions. Brenda is a special individual, not only was she our realtor but is now part of our life and we can vouch she is always doing what’s in the best interest of you and your family and fights for you like if it was a home she was buying for herself and her family. If we could give her 1000+ stars it wouldn't be enough. Brenda is the best realtor we could have worked with. We started our home hunting project at the begging of the year but due to COVID it had to be posted. From the beginning she made sure to explain and clarify all of our questions in regards to the home buying process (and trust me, we had a lot!) People told us that buying a home is stressful (it definitely is) but with Brenda's help if felt less stressful. She was there 100% of the time taking us thru every step and hump. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are to had the opportunity to worked with her. If you need a realtor that is going to be there and help you thru every step of the way, Brenda is your person. We are so thankful because she was also able to explain this process to my mom in Spanish (if you need a bilingual realtor, don't hesitate and call Brenda!). Lastly, our house warming gift was the best, please see attached picture. Update: her commitment with her clients doesn't stop at closing or once she gives you keys. We had a little issue on our first day of moving and she has been helping us so much. This is our first time being home owners and with her by our side l it definitely feels better. She helps us contact home warranty and open a claim. Thank you Brenda for everything!

Where do I start? I’m so beyond happy with the experience I received with Brenda. I’ve purchased and sold properties before and have never had a transaction close as quickly and smoothly as the one I had with Brenda. She made my life easier by meeting with technicians, buyers, and tenant and sold my property on the FIRST open house. My property looked so beautiful on the pictures she posted! Not only was she great at communicating and scheduling things around everyone’s schedules she also ended up selling it for more than I was asking.
