Brenda Sullivan is the very best realtor in the whole wide world. My first property she sold in 2020 in four days. The second one she already had a buyer for before it went on the market. She is professional, efficient, courteous, funny, and has many years of real estate experience. She worked tirelessly for me around the clock to get my houses sold- nights, weekends, and holidays. She had contractors, repair people, and all manner of contacts in her back pocket for me to work with at reasonable prices. She also managed all those repair projects for me so I didn‘t have to lift a finger. She made herself available via text, phone, and email whenever I needed her. Most importantly perhaps, she offered me complimentary „counseling“ sessions whenever I went off the rails regarding the stress that comes with selling one‘s home.
