Johnny and Junior were prompt, efficient, and polite. They took care of all the maintenance updates quickly. I know it’s what they do but it’s nice to have a properly functioning sprinkler system too!

Bray is an amazing company to work with and very willing to understand my situation and my landlord is paige she is an amazing human being very understand and willing to work with me I have came to her with many issues and each have been resolve as fast and effectively as possible so in response to KYLA BROOKS(my old roommate) comment it was the tenants not the company or landlord that was the issue. I am still cleaning up there messes and paige has dome nothing but help me with it as well

I was referred to Bray Property Management by my Realtor who worked in Bray sales. I have the utmost respect for him. However I have had a poor experience with the property management. They managed a rental of mine for just 2 years, and in that time I had 4 different managers. This is not only disruptive for me, but it is very inconvenient for the tenant with no continuity. Also the management team gets a percentage of repair charges from the inhouse maintenance people, so they have no incentive to work for the owner/client to keep bills down. While it is handy to have workers on site, they charged exorbitant prices. There are actually some good alternatives out there.

Worst experience with a property management company ever. I would not recommend this service to anyone in the valley. For how long they have been around, their staff is extremely in-experienced.

I'd actually give no stars if that was an option the experience was so bad.

Bray was actually good to me. I've read reviews and thought they would do me the same, but I had a good experience with them during my tenancy. They responded quickly to my maintenance calls. Spoke to me respectfully. No weird charges. Stood by their end of our agreements, so I was grateful. Very rare from property managers in this whole city from my past experiences with others.

We have been renting with Bray for three years now. Our property manager is constantly being switched. Not only that, it has been so unbelievably hard to get a hold of someone at Bray consistently for three years straight. I called Jessica three times yesterday. She couldn’t call me back apparently, but could then respond to our emails only minutes after I left her a message. Her emails were vague and not answering any of our questions. Our lease rider is completely wrong and she said in her email that “this needs to be completed in a timely manner.” If she actually read all of our previous emails, she could see that we are missing a person on the rider therefore it is completely incorrect. I have been trying to get ahold of her to clarify my questions and get our rider fixed, unfortunately she has chosen to be very unprofessional and completely avoid me. We literally have to go into the office to talk to someone face to face because the lack of professionalism and communication is crazy. Obviously there aren’t many other choices for real estate firms in Grand Junction. Just beware that they are NOT easy to work with.
