We had a major water leak in our home that flooded the upstairs bathroom to the garage below. Bravo came out immediately and gave us a thorough inspection and estimate. I have to admit we were shocked at how expensive remediation from water damage is, but Bravo did a very scrupulous job of removing drywall and insulation, and drying and dehumidifying the upstairs and downstairs. Communication was excellent, and the entire team was extremely responsive. They left our home dry and clean and ready to be put back together. Kudos to the team! Mayra, Christopher, Jose, Junior, Angel, & Gaby, (and Janisha & Danny)! I don't wish a water leak on anyone, but if it happens, you can count on Bravo to stop the damage in its tracks.

We had a pipe leak that ended up in water pooling all over brand new laminate flooring during our kitchen renovation. Even though we cleaned up what we could quickly and got fans/dehumidifier going, we were concerned about water that had potentially gotten under the flooring and into the subfloor. Nicole was extremely responsive, even on the weekend, and had us send some photos to problem solve how extensive the issue was. She reassured us that there was likely no damage because we took care of it quickly but offered to come out for a moisture check just to be sure. Other companies quoted us $1500 to come out so she literally saved us a ton of money and our sanity in a very stressful moment! Highly recommend Bravo Restoration and Nicole was amazing.

Highly Recommend.
Had a leak that was soaking my whole carpet. Jose and Angel came and helped dry up the carpet and contain the leak before it worsened. Came pretty late at night and responded very fast.

This company was recommended to me by a contractor friend. I needed someone to clean debris left in my crawl space by a rusted pipe under my kitchen. Danny provided a comprehensive estimate. Janisha handled the scheduling, including coordinating with the contractor doing the plumbing and HVAC work. Brianna and Geraldo showed up on time and cheerful. Protected my floor and furniture around the crawl space entry and made sure my cat wasn't able to go exploring under the house. Highly recommend!
