Bratty & Bluhm have managed the property we were renting for the last 2.5 years. They have exceeded expectations on all fronts. I’ve spent most of my adult life having to rent and this has been the best company to work with by far.

Bratty & Bluhm’s tenant portal allows us to manage our rental account very easily. We could submit maintenance requests in a matter of minutes, review our billing history, manage online rent payments, and even handle the lease renewal process.

The quality level of customer service provided is what really stands out for us. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, we were contacted within 24 hours. Although, we never had a maintenance issue occur on a Friday or Saturday so I cannot speak to responses on the weekends. Bratty & Bluhm has always swiftly coordinated with the plumber, pest control, appliance contractor, etc. and help expedite the process. The service would usually occur within one business day of reporting the issue as well. All the staff we’ve interacted with have always been so professional and very helpful. Chandler, in particular, would always follow up to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks or that the HOA performed their required duties. Their team been very respectful to us as tenants.

The fact that Bratty & Bluhm is an independent, family-owned business really supports why there is such a high level of customer service too. If I currently had a property to rent I would without question have Bratty & Bluhm as the designated property management company. It’s just a refreshing change to deal with a local business rather than a nation-wide property management company.

From a tenant’s perspective, it doesn’t get any better than this. Thank you to the whole Bratty & Bluhm team for being a company who does things the right way.

We rented a house from them near Lovers' Point Park in PG. The house was fantastic--so the rent was totally worth it. They were mostly very prompt with repair requests. When we called their office, someone was already there to pick up the phone. Also, the knowledge of the property manager about the house and maintenance issues was very impressive. After we left, they took off only 70$ from our security deposit because we didn't shampoo a carpet. Overall, I would highly recommend renting from them.

The truth needs to be known about Bill Bluhm. I admit, I've never had a stellar opinion of real estate agents. My experience is that they have been out for their own best interests. Enter Bill Bluhm at Sotheby's. Our mother had just passed away and left us a house. We didn't know what we were doing and Bill came on the scene and immediately instilled confidence in us because of his professional approach (we had already talked to and interviewed half a dozen agents). Bill got things rolling quickly, told us what we needed to do, but most of all he was REAL with us and didn't try to inflate the selling price in order to get us to sign. Then everything changed. I decided that I wanted to buy the home from my brother and sister, and even though this meant Bill was about to lose a sale, he directed me to a mortgage broker who he knew was able to handle a family trust. In this case, Bill disregarded his own self interests to do what was good and right for his customer, he could have made things difficult if he wanted to.
