I really cannot say enough good things about Brandie as my realtor to help purchase a home in South Lake Tahoe. For this sale, patience, determination, honesty and just hanging in there when things were not looking great was essential. Someone to lean on. Being new to the area, she did an excellent job of showing and explaining to me the areas, showing me potential homes that fit my unique attributes (and understanding what I wanted!), follow up, and really really working on my behalf to get the very best deal I could. I would have her on my team for buying and for selling. I would not even think of going to another realtor in SLT.
