If you're looking for an honest, sincere, hardworking and knowledgeable real estate company, go no further!!! I have to warn you though my experience with them is a long story and a two sentence review won't cut it. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Bram and his wonderful staff after my wife's family had to sell their mother's home. Bram and his staff came highly recommended and the family decided to use his brokerage to list the home. They did everything that could to sell the home; from using online advertisements, signs and good old-fashioned canvassing the adjacent neighborhoods. Bram was able to sell the home quickly and at a good price. What impressed me the most was their communication. They always kept the family abreast of what was happening throughout the transaction and I always had the feeling they sincerely had our best interests at heart. After the house was sold Bram always took the time out to send out an email or phonecall to keep in touch even though my wife and I weren't in the market to purchase a home. I'd get a call from Bram every few months just to talk. It wasn't about buying a home but it was about our respective lives, our families and how things were going. A couple of years elapsed and my wife and I decided to test the water and try purchasing a home. Of course we chose Bram. He set us up with a meeting with a highly respected mortgage broker in Orange County and we were able to determine what we could afford. When it came to looking for the home, we wanted to pick and select a home on our terms and Bram and his staff always respected that. We checked out homes that we wanted to see. They never pushed us. We backed out of one prospective sale after the seller didn't want to negotiate. Bram never pushed us into something we didn't feel comfortable with. Again, I always felt he wanted us to get a home that was right for us with one we wouldn't have second thoughts. After we backed out of the deal my wife and I lost interest and didn't look for almost another year. We tried again. But I have to stop there and talk about Bram's agent, Terri. All I have to say is she is WONDERFUL. Throughout all of this she was always available, always helpful and always had a wonderful attitude and smile. I can't count the number of hours both she and Bram spent with us in trying to buy a home. If it was me, I would have probably given up on us but they didn't. They were always there. My wife and I found another house and both Terri and Bram represented us. They were awesome and the two of them were on top of their game. Always a step ahead. They negotiated a good deal for us. My wife and I think we got a beautiful home for a good price even in this market we have now. You know I can't thank Bram and Terri enough for what they have done for our family. They are more than just real estate agents. If I could break it down in a few sentences, it was if your best friend was a knowledgeable and experienced real estate broker and he or she was trying to help you buy or sell a home for you. And that friend worked long hours and worked their tails off to get you that deal, knowing it would help you and your family out. THAT was what my experience was like with Bram Klein and Associates.
