directly from Chris's mouth the property "fixer-upper"
"they lists units that are reserved, but will still accept applications and charge a application fee for reserved units." when asked about this policy he got upset and blocked my number.

they also do not provide routine maintenance so you are stuck with drippy faucet, doors that dont latch, appliances that have only half of their functions working, and more.

low class 10/10
anything else avoid like that crazy ex you had.

I use Brady Property Management to manage my properties and they have done a tremendous job. Chris finds quality tenants and is very fair and reasonable. Dont look at old reviews (I saw them and were skeptical too but ultimately gave them a try due to a recommendation), they have cleaned house since all those were written. Highly recommend giving them a try if you need a property management company!

Brady Property Management: Home of the do-nothing land lord.

Some of the properties are really nice, which is originally what got me hooked. I called up Brady Property Management and they actually responded to my phone calls until I signed a lease. Everything was going great so far. Could not have been happier with the wonderful house that I was renting.

There were a few concerns that we voiced when signing the lease. The land lord mentioned it would be no problem to fix. As soon as we signed the lease, he disappeared. It was extremely difficult to contact the land lord and none of our problems were handled. After many attempts, we would sometimes get a response that Brady Property Management would work on it, but the task was never done. I would even send riddles via email because I grew tired of sending multiple requests with no response.

I understand that my complaints about having an absent land lord do not justify such a low rating. Personally, I viewed it as a challenge. I could take on the full responsibility of renting a home.

The part that does justify the low rating is the fact that Brady Property Management will take your security deposit from you. I do not mean in the way that they charge you the full amount if you deserve it. I mean that Brady Property Management understands that the costs of a court case are more expensive than the security deposit so it is not worth it to settle in court. And honestly, they can continue to get away with it too so I am hoping that this warning reaches at least a few people.

If you're looking to throw away some money, Brady Property Management is the place for you.

The only good thing about having BPM manage your property is the rate: 6%. The bad thing is, you get what you pay for. They don't return calls and don't follow up with tenants. They also don't get your permission before performing "maintenance" on your property; they removed an entire mature tree from my back yard without ever notifying me; I didn't find out until I put my house up for sale. Even after cancelling service with them, I'm still having to deal with their laziness, since they didn't even cash the deposit check from my current tenant. I honestly can't see them staying in business much longer.

While the home did not work for our long term needs, Ryan and his team did all they could within the owner of the homes restrictions. We did our final walk thru of the home on a Thursday and we had our check for our full deposit on Monday. I would also recommend Ryan for any real estate needs as he sold our previous home promptly and for the right price.

I would give 0 if that was an option....Do NOT USE BRADY, I REPEAT DO NOT USE BRADY!!! Never in office to answer the phone. Lies, lies, and lies about doing things I was paying her for! Paid 1,200 for nothing! Beth herself, when I first started working with her said, "the first 3 months, I've done nothing so far." I did all the work myself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a property management company! They don't manage anything but taking your money!

Worst place to rent, the exact definition of a SLUM LORD; Do not rent with this company. Very poor customer service with issues involving apartments and maintenance. Also doesn’t address complaints.
