Brad was phenomenal, he handheld me through the process of buying my first home, was always available for a number of follow up questions, was there throughout the process & even after. He took ownership of every situation that came up (obviously buying a home comes with situations) and made sure I was totally comfortable along the way. I will be doing all future real estate purchases through him & will recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Completely unprofessional realtor who ghosts any would-be buyers. Attempted to contact him about a property for WEEKS and never once picked up the phone, nor responded to my Zillow email to schedule an in-person tour of the house. DO NOT recommend Bradley Perez and will be filing formal complaints against him with the appropriate channels for this.

Brad is amazing! He is the guy you need to contact if you are looking to buy a house. He worked hard to find us our dream home. He was always available and very willing to help. We are so happy that we contacted him, we gained a really good friend! He does his job so well because he actually cares about the people who he is working with.

Literally the BEST realtor in NJ. We had started the search for our first home in the summer of 2020. With a different realtor may I add. By the beginning of May 2021 we decided to switch realtor and found Brad. Within a week we found our first home and got an offer accepted in this crazy market. A month later we closed on our home. We couldn’t have done it without him. I know every ones journey is different, but with Brad on your team know for sure that you are in great hands. A stranger becoming our realtor to becoming a friend for life!! We HIGHLY recommend him!!

Brad and his team are fantastic. Brad helped us purchase our dream home in a very difficult buyers’ market. I truly do not think our offer would have been selected from the pile of other offers had he not been our realtor. Brad also helped us sell our former home. We had multiple offers within a week, all well over asking and far exceeding our expectations. We have since closed on both homes and are so glad we had Brad as our realtor.

Bradley is the best! He was thorough professional and great to work with. He kept us informed about available appointments and always made us aware as soon as something new was on the market.
