Got a quote from their preferred/exclusive shipper "Westside Mail Center" at $160-$200. Used the UPS app shipping estimator closest to them and it was $41.89. Huge Red flag for me, have removed Bradfords from my auction list. Reading reviews indicated that shipping is a big issue which reflects back to them....don't need to buy headaches.

I simply cannot give Bradford's a high enough rating - they are truly SUPERB in every capacity. I recently purchased a restored, antique minibike and live 3,000 miles away on the opposite side of the country. Just before the auction closed I had a loss in my family which was all consuming. The folks at Bradford's were totally understanding and helped me in every way possible. These are the kind of people you always hoped to meet. I will DEFINITELY do business with them again and again. We required the services of Bradford’s Auction Gallery when we needed to dispose of a relative’s personal property from a large house as well as a massive jewelry collection. As we live out-of-state, we met Brad only once at the home. He quickly organized the live estate sale with full advertising creating a line around the block in very hot weather. Everything but a few small pieces sold over two weekends. He then cleared the jewelry to his secured location and over the year held a series of highly-successful on-line auctions. The amount of time spent cataloguing, organizing, and preparing the items for sale must have been extensive but the investment proved exceedingly profitable. He is very experienced and fair. Would highly recommend.

Bradford's always has crazy, beautiful and unique items up for bid and I look forward to each online auction. However, when I went to pick up two necklaces that I won, they didn't appear to be necklaces at all, but possibly bracelets because they were really small. Bradford's employees looked at the jewelry description from the auction and without me even asking refunded my money. With online auctions it's buyer beware, so I was pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful Bradford's made it right. I'll be bidding at the next auction. Thank you Bradford's!

The owner, Brad, is a "hard to find" truth teller in the business. I have been purchasing and selling to Bradford's for over two years now, and every interaction is beyond expectation. I’ve made THREE separate purchases and ALL of them had shipping problems. I don’t know why I kept giving them my business. First two came damaged and the shipper wouldn’t reimburse for damage (so much for the shipping “insurance”).

The third one they shipped to the WRONG ADDRESS!!! Can’t believe that even happened but despite my email proof that I provided the correct address, I have 0 reimbursement for the “lost” art and shipping expense.
