This is a beautiful apartment complex! We have family who lives there and we visit often. The grounds are kept up beautifully and there is a miniature orchard that the tenants can pick fruit for free. There is a tiny playground for the kids, a pool and jacuzzi. This is a safe, gated community. The interior of the apartments are very nice and the bedrooms are huge! The living room is quite big, as well. My only reason for 4 stars is the parking situation is absolutely terrible! They do have one car garages per apartment but if you have another car in the family, good luck and if you have any visitors, they have to hope for one of the 4 visitor parking spots to be available and those are a 4 hour minimum. After that, you have to park in the shopping center, across the busy street or a block or so away and walk a long long way, just to get to the apartment. That part is a total drag. Other than that, they really are very nice apartments.

Myself and my wife love this property! It's clean, quiet and beautifully up kept. It has an awesome pool and hotub. Great other amenities such as the fruit orchard, garage, bbqs, sport court and great laundry rooms are also included. The manager, Miriam went over and above to make us feel welcomed and get us into our first apartment. She has been great at communicating through email and texting, and even runs events and dinners for kids and families throughout the year! We are thoroughly impressed with Bradbury Park Apts.

Stay away from this place if you can!!!
We moved into this property in May of 2020, we did not even finished one lease term because we left at the end of January 2021. At first this place was perfect for our family, great amenities and our apartment had everything we needed. The first thing or downside is they only have 4 parking spaces for visitors and usually tenants get a hold of these spaces and leave nothing available for actual visitors, our family had to park a block away when they came to visit. While we were there the swimming pool was never open and we were not able to enjoy the swimming pool, they argued they were following state guidelines for COVID-19 but were never able to show where exactly the state stated private swimming pools to be closed. Then in September 2020 we had a pest control issue "roaches", apparently the source was our tenants downstairs, they tried to send pest control and they came about 8 times in a period of 4 months. The issue was never solved and it became unsafe for our family to be in that environment, they even denied doing a transfer to another unit saying they could not do that because we had a pest control issue and they did not want to spread the issue to other units. At the end we were able to leave before we could complete our lease without any penalties for breaking lease, they even promised to return 100% of our security deposit. Well they lied about that as well and only got $75.00 back from our deposit, it looks like they spent almost $1000.00 on paint and supplies which I believe it total BS. We always kept this place Immaculate and there is no way those walls needed paint after we left. So stay away from this place they have cockroaches. Especially unit #58.

The management in the office here & the maintenance people are very nice. The owners of this property Hanes company are very greedy and raise the rent every chance they get and don't do anything to justify it. If you want the truth about this place read about the cockroaches, also there are ants, water leaks, mold, cars being towed unnecessarily, parking problems, no deposit returned issues and inflated repair charges so they can keep your money, these buildings are old, the owners are just greedy rich people

We loved our stay in this place. Mariam was such a wonderful apartment manager and the helping crew on site was courteous too.
Their pool is clean, the plants are lovely, well maintained and several fruit plants too!

this place is very unprofessional and no accommodations are made for guest. there are only 4 guest parking spots (99% of the time the spots are taken by tenants) and guests can only park there for 4 hours. exceed that 4 hours, get towed. seriously? how do they expect their residents to have family or friends visiting? they also unlocked my door and walked in the while i was sleeping.. invasion of privacy much? i was in a spot for about an hour just to run in and grab my things and go back out. next thing i know, my car had been towed. management claimed they put a notice on my car days prior and that i was parked in that spot “for a whole week” but i was there for an hour. i do not recommend being here if you want visitors these people are rude and not guest friendly. 0/10.

Apts are really good and worth price in california if i have a chance of moving back to california i will definetly move here again
