MS. Theresa is the best and helps our company in every aspect of her job. We have been in this building six years and have great service from the staff. Do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I just want to thank all the staff and Security for being available at all times! We love it here.

We go there because the family support group, Duet is there. If you have foster care or kinship placement, they are very considerate and very helpful. If you need help see them if you could donate that would be glorious.

The parking spaces are way too small. I have a little car, but what if I didn't. The building is nice enough and the propertyis well cared for. The signs help locate the office. I don't know if there was security, I didn't see anyone. Being a time of covid may be the reason. My grocery stores use to have security out front and I don't see them outside the grocery store like I use too. My thoughts; it's not the safest area and there probably should be security.
Maybe they have security because I didn't see a loiterer or homeless hanging out on the property (There's a lot in the neighborhood). I would have felt safer seeing security, there was not a lot of people coming and going.

Nice property and Property Manager Theresa is great. Andrew N. works at the facility is very nice and always extremely helpful whenever you have problems. I definitely recommend this property.

I recently started leasing with Marylou Rogers and Boxer Property and could not be more impressed with her professionalism. She truly cares and takes the time to help you find what you are looking for and makes sure everything is taken care of for you. It has been a great relief finding a person like her to work with since I am new to the Phoenix area.

LOL "loved it" isn't a rating I'd use since I visited the property for a painful health issue. Nice area and easy to navigate though with plenty of parking.

It's an issue everytime I pay my lease. They are very hard to get a hold of. What a pain. I've been dealing with Theresa. If she says she's going to do something you have to look over her shoulder until it gets done. Otherwise it will not get done.
