I have been a tenant of Bouse properties for over 1 year . I had a breakdown in our unit, I contacted the office about the problem and Our maintenance was done within a reasonable amount of time.Ashley really moved quickly on our service by getting someone out to our unit without any hesitation, I will definitely refer my family to them , I have never had a bad experience with anyone in office. I was very blessed to come across Bouse properties! Kevin is an amazing landlord and provides amazing care for his tenants !! ASHLEY….. Absolutely the sweetest !! I have nothing but good to say about this company! Apartments are very nice, Ashley and Kevin are good about getting back with you in a timely manner, maintenance is amaaazing and sometimes show the same day you put your request in. Overall 10/10, this is most def the company to rent from!!!
